Jim was honored by Cirrus Aircraft as their CSIP of the year for North America for 2019.

Jim Ratliff  

Jim is a Platinum Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (Avidyne and Perspective) and a Cirrus Pilots Proficiency Program instructor.  He currently holds CFI (Gold Seal), CFII, MEI, AGI, and ATP certificates, and has accumulated over 17,200 flying hours and over 4,000 hours of dual instruction given while flying in over 25 aircraft types. He has earned type ratings in the EMB145, MD11, MD80, and B737-800.  During his United States Air Force career he flew the T37, T38, A7, A10, and F5 and was a Fighter Weapons School instructor at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV.
